Place one chocolate square between two graham cracker squares.
Stick a large marshmallow in the center to hold everything together.
3. Make the Batter
In a mixing bowl, whisk together pancake mix, water, and vanilla extract until smooth.
4. Coat and Fry
Dip each assembled s’more into the batter, coating it evenly.
Carefully place in the hot oil and fry for 1-2 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden brown.
5. Drain and Serve
Remove with a slotted spoon and place on paper towels to drain excess oil.
Dust with powdered sugar and serve warm.
