Decadent Hot Fudge Sauce


In a medium saucepan, combine the heavy cream, semi-sweet chocolate chips, granulated sugar, cocoa powder, and unsalted butter.

Heat Mixture:
Place the saucepan over medium heat. Stir continuously until the chocolate chips and butter melt, and the mixture is smooth and well combined.

Add Flavor:
Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the vanilla extract and a pinch of salt to enhance the flavor.

Cool Slightly:
Allow the hot fudge to cool for a few minutes before serving. It will thicken as it cools.

Serve:
Drizzle the hot fudge over your favorite desserts, such as ice cream, brownies, or pancakes. Enjoy!
