Crunchy Golden Chicken Strips with Garlic Egg Coating

Prep the Chicken: Slice chicken fillets into uniform strips. Season lightly with salt and pepper.

Make the Egg Mixture: In a bowl, beat the eggs and mix in the minced garlic.

Coat the Strips: Dip each chicken strip into the egg mixture. For extra crispiness, you can then coat them in breadcrumbs or flour.

Fry to Perfection: Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Fry the chicken strips in batches for about 3–4 minutes per side or until golden brown and cooked through.

Drain and Serve: Remove and place on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil. Serve hot.
