Crockpot Loaded Steak and Potato Bake: A Hearty, Cheesy Comfort Dish

Cube the steak into 1-inch pieces and season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
Dice the potatoes into small, bite-sized pieces for even cooking.
Chop the onion and mince the garlic.
Step 2: Assemble in the Crockpot
Layer half of the potatoes at the bottom of the slow cooker.
Add half of the steak cubes on top.
Sprinkle half of the chopped onions and minced garlic over the steak.
Repeat the layers with the remaining potatoes, steak, onion, and garlic.
Pour in the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce, making sure everything is evenly coated.
Step 3: Slow Cook
Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours, until the potatoes are tender and the steak is cooked through.
Step 4: Add the Cheese & Toppings
Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the top and cover for an additional 10-15 minutes, until melted.
Drizzle with sour cream and sprinkle chopped green onions before serving.
