Crockpot Loaded Steak and Potato Bake: A Comforting, Cheesy Delight

Place the cubed steak and diced potatoes into the crockpot.

In a small bowl, whisk together the beef broth, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until smooth.

Pour the mixture over the steak and potatoes in the crockpot. Stir gently to combine, ensuring everything is evenly coated.

Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours, or until the potatoes are tender and the steak is cooked through.

About 10 minutes before serving, sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the top of the dish and cover again to allow the cheese to melt.

Once done, sprinkle the crumbled beef bacon over the top for added flavor and crunch. Serve hot and enjoy!
