Crock Pot Smothered Pork Chops

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Season the pork chops with salt and pepper.
Sear the pork chops for 2-3 minutes per side until browned, then transfer them to the Crock Pot.
Step 2: Prepare the Gravy
In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
Add the sliced onions and garlic, sautéing for 3-4 minutes until softened and fragrant.
Stir in the cream of mushroom soup, chicken broth, thyme, paprika, onion powder, and garlic powder.
Bring the mixture to a simmer and stir to combine. Pour the gravy over the pork chops in the Crock Pot.
Step 3: Cook the Pork Chops
Cover the Crock Pot and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the pork chops are tender and fully cooked.
Step 4: Serve
Once cooked, remove the pork chops from the Crock Pot and serve with the gravy spooned over the top.
Garnish with fresh parsley, if desired.
