Crock Pot Chicken Drumsticks: Tender, Juicy, and Full of Flavor

Pat the chicken drumsticks dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture. This helps the seasoning stick and ensures crispier skin.
Season the Chicken:

In a small bowl, mix together the garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Rub the seasoning mix evenly over all sides of the chicken drumsticks.
Place in the Crock Pot:

Drizzle the bottom of the slow cooker with olive oil. Place the seasoned drumsticks in a single layer in the Crock Pot. Pour the chicken broth and soy sauce (if using) over the drumsticks.
Cook the Drumsticks:

Cover the Crock Pot and cook on low for 4-5 hours or on high for 2-3 hours, until the chicken is fully cooked and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). The drumsticks should be tender and juicy.
Optional Step for Crispy Skin:

If you prefer crispy skin, transfer the cooked drumsticks to a baking sheet lined with foil. Place them under the broiler for 3-5 minutes, watching carefully to prevent burning. This will give the skin a nice, golden crunch.
Serve:

Remove the drumsticks from the Crock Pot and transfer to a serving platter. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley or cilantro, if desired. Serve with your favorite sides like mashed potatoes, rice, or a simple green salad.
