For the Fritters:
500 g potatoes, peeled and diced
1 can of tuna, drained
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 carrot, grated
2–3 stalks green onion, chopped
1 egg
100 g cheese (such as cheddar), grated
4 tablespoons all-purpose flour
Black pepper, to taste
Salt, to taste (optional depending on the saltiness of the tuna and cheese)
Oil for frying (vegetable or olive oil)
