Crispy Salmon Patties – Quick and Flavorful Seafood Delight

In a large bowl, combine the flaked salmon, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, beaten egg, lemon juice, parsley (if using), salt, and pepper.
Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
Shape the Patties:

Using your hands, form the mixture into small patties (about 6-8, depending on your preferred size). Press them firmly to hold their shape.
Cook the Patties:

Heat the vegetable oil in a large frying pan over medium heat.
Add the patties and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy.
Serve and Enjoy:

Remove from the pan and drain on a paper towel if needed.
Serve hot with a fresh salad, dipping sauce, or your favorite sides. These also taste great cold for a quick, protein-rich snack!
