Crispy Roasted Cauliflower: A Healthy Delight

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to make cleanup easier.

Prepare the Cauliflower: Wash and dry the cauliflower florets thoroughly. If the florets are large, cut them into smaller, bite-sized pieces for even cooking.

Season the Cauliflower: In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper until the florets are evenly coated. If you’re using Parmesan cheese, sprinkle it over the cauliflower and toss it to combine.

Roast the Cauliflower: Spread the seasoned cauliflower in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Roast in the oven for 30-40 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the cauliflower is golden brown and crispy on the edges, while tender on the inside.

Serve: Remove the cauliflower from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving. It can be enjoyed as a main dish, side dish, or even as a healthy snack.
