Crispy Puff Pastry Bacon Twists

Preheat the Oven: Start by preheating your oven to 200°C (400°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Prepare the Puff Pastry: Roll out the puff pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface. Roll it to smooth out any creases.

Make the Filling: In a small bowl, mix together the crumbled bacon, shredded cheese, ketchup, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, dried garlic, and finely chopped leek until well combined.

Assemble the Twists: Spread the filling evenly over the puff pastry. Starting from one edge, carefully roll the pastry into a tight log. Once rolled, slice it into 1-inch wide pieces.

Shape the Twists: Take each slice and twist it slightly, then place it onto the prepared baking sheet.

Bake: Place the twists in the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden and crispy.

Serve: Once done, let them cool slightly before serving.
