Crispy Potatoes Without Frying: A Family Favorite That’s Tastier Than Meat!

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with cooking spray.
Prepare the Potatoes:

Wash and peel the potatoes (optional, you can leave the skins on for extra texture). Cut them into even-sized cubes or wedges, about 1-inch pieces, to ensure even cooking.
Season the Potatoes:

In a large bowl, toss the potato pieces with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and rosemary or thyme (if using). Make sure the potatoes are evenly coated with the seasoning mixture.
Bake for Crispy Perfection:

Spread the seasoned potatoes in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Be sure the pieces aren’t overcrowded so they can crisp up properly.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, flipping the potatoes halfway through the baking time to ensure they brown evenly. They should be golden and crispy on the outside, and soft on the inside.
Garnish and Serve:

Once the potatoes are done, remove them from the oven and sprinkle with freshly chopped parsley or chives for a burst of color and flavor.
Serve immediately as a side dish or a snack!
