Crispy Potato Wedges Recipe

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with cooking spray.

Prepare the potatoes: Cut each potato into wedges by slicing it in half lengthwise, then cut each half into 3-4 wedges, depending on the size of the potato.

Season the wedges: In a large bowl, toss the potato wedges with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, sea salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.

Arrange the wedges: Place the seasoned potato wedges in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Make sure they are spread out evenly so they cook evenly.

Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the wedges are golden brown and crispy on the outside.

Serve: Once cooked, remove from the oven and serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce or as a side dish.
