Prep the Zucchini: Wash and dry the zucchini. Slice into thin rounds (about ¼ inch thick).
Season: In a bowl, toss zucchini slices with salt, black pepper, marjoram, and paprika.
Coat with Cheese: Sprinkle grated Parmesan over the zucchini slices and mix to coat evenly.
Cook:
Pan-fry method: Heat a nonstick pan over medium heat. Add a touch of oil and cook the zucchini in batches for 2–3 minutes per side, or until golden and crispy.
Oven method: Preheat to 425°F (220°C). Place zucchini on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 10–12 minutes, flipping once halfway.
Serve Hot: Enjoy them crisp and golden!
