Crispy Parmesan and Herb Potato Bites with Italian Bread Snacks: A Perfect Pairing

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place the potato cubes in a pot of salted water and bring to a boil. Cook for 10-12 minutes, or until the potatoes are fork-tender. Drain and allow them to cool for a few minutes.
In a large bowl, toss the potatoes with olive oil, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper.
Arrange the seasoned potato cubes on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden and crispy, flipping halfway through.
Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Prepare the Italian Bread Snacks:

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Arrange the baguette slices in a single layer on a baking sheet.
Drizzle the olive oil over the bread and sprinkle with garlic powder, basil, oregano, and salt. Toss to coat evenly.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the bread is golden and crispy.
Optional: Sprinkle with freshly grated Parmesan cheese as soon as the bread comes out of the oven for extra flavor.
Serve:

Arrange the crispy Parmesan and herb potato bites alongside the Italian bread snacks on a serving platter.
Serve with a dipping sauce like marinara, garlic aioli, or your favorite ranch dressing for an added touch.
