Crispy Mozzarella Sticks Delight

Cut the mozzarella sticks in half if you prefer smaller portions.
Freeze the mozzarella sticks for at least 30 minutes to prevent the cheese from oozing out during frying.
Prepare the Coating:

In one bowl, place the flour.
In a second bowl, beat the eggs.
In a third bowl, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Coat the Cheese:

Dredge each frozen mozzarella stick first in the flour, ensuring it’s fully coated.
Dip it in the beaten eggs, then roll it in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing lightly to ensure it sticks. Repeat for each stick.
Fry the Mozzarella Sticks:

Heat vegetable oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat.
Once the oil is hot, fry the mozzarella sticks in batches for about 2-3 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy on all sides.
Remove and drain on a paper towel.
Serve:

Serve immediately with marinara sauce or your favorite dipping sauce.
