Crispy Garlic Butter Potatoes with Bacon

Wash, peel (if desired), and cut the potatoes into bite-sized cubes.
Cook the bacon:

In a large pan over medium heat, cook the diced bacon until crispy. Remove with a slotted spoon and set aside, leaving the bacon fat in the pan.
Sauté the potatoes:

Add the butter to the pan along with the bacon fat. Once melted, add the potatoes and cook on medium heat, stirring occasionally, until golden and crispy (about 15-20 minutes).
Add the seasoning:

Stir in the minced garlic, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
Combine everything:

Return the crispy bacon to the pan and mix well. Cook for another minute, then remove from heat.
Serve and enjoy:

Garnish with fresh parsley (optional), and serve hot. Enjoy this delicious and easy potato dish!
