Crispy Fried Shrimp

Pat the shrimp dry with paper towels to help the coating stick better.
2. Set Up the Breading Stations
In one bowl, mix flour with salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and cayenne.
In another bowl, whisk the eggs.
In a third bowl, combine panko and regular breadcrumbs.
3. Bread the Shrimp
Dredge each shrimp in the seasoned flour, coating evenly.
Dip into the beaten eggs, ensuring full coverage.
Coat with the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently so the coating sticks.
4. Fry to Perfection
In a deep skillet or frying pan, heat about 1 ½ inches of oil to 350°F (175°C).
Fry shrimp in batches for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
5. Drain and Serve
Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
Serve hot with lemon wedges and your favorite dipping sauces.
