Crispy Crunchy Parmesan Potatoes: A Golden Delight of Flavor and Texture

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat for easy cleanup.
Step 2: Prepare the Potatoes
If using baby potatoes, cut them in half or quarters (depending on size). For russet potatoes, cut them into wedges.
Place the potatoes in a large bowl and drizzle with olive oil. Toss to coat evenly.
Step 3: Season the Potatoes
In a small bowl, mix together the Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Sprinkle the seasoning mixture over the potatoes and toss until all the potatoes are coated with the cheese and spices.
Step 4: Bake
Spread the seasoned potatoes in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 30–35 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the potatoes are golden brown and crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.
Step 5: Serve
Remove the potatoes from the oven and sprinkle with freshly chopped parsley, if desired. Serve immediately while hot and crispy.
