Ingredients:
1 block halloumi cheese (about 8 oz), cut into bite-sized cubes
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 cup vegetable oil (for frying)

2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp chili flakes (adjust to your heat preference)
1 tsp olive oil
1/2 tsp soy sauce (optional, for extra umami)
