Crispy Chicken Strips

Prepare the Chicken: Slice the chicken fillets into strips (about 1-inch wide). Pat them dry with a paper towel.

Season the Chicken: In a small bowl, mix salt, pepper, and paprika. Season the chicken strips evenly with the spice mixture.

Prepare the Dipping Station: In one shallow bowl, beat the 3 eggs and mix in the minced garlic. In another shallow bowl, place the flour, and in a third bowl, pour the breadcrumbs.

Coat the Chicken: First, dip each chicken strip into the flour, ensuring it’s fully coated. Then dip it into the egg mixture, followed by the breadcrumbs, pressing gently to ensure the coating sticks well.

Cook the Chicken: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the chicken strips in batches, cooking for about 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.

Serve: Remove the chicken from the skillet and place it on a plate lined with paper towels to drain any excess oil. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
