Crispy Buffalo Chicken Sandwich

Place chicken breast halves in a bowl with buttermilk and let them soak for 30 minutes to tenderize.
Step 2: Make the Coating
In a shallow dish, combine flour, garlic powder, paprika, cayenne, salt, and black pepper.
Beat the egg in a separate bowl.
Step 3: Coat the Chicken
Remove chicken from buttermilk and dredge in the flour mixture.
Dip the chicken into the beaten egg, then coat it again with the flour mixture for extra crispiness.
Step 4: Fry Until Crispy
Heat vegetable oil in a deep skillet to 350°F (175°C).
Fry chicken for 5-7 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature 165°F).
Transfer to a wire rack to drain excess oil.
Step 5: Toss in Buffalo Sauce
Place fried chicken in a bowl and toss with buffalo sauce until fully coated.
Step 6: Assemble the Sandwich
In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise and ranch dressing.
Spread the ranch mixture on toasted brioche buns.
Add lettuce to the bottom bun, then place the crispy buffalo chicken on top.
Cover with the top bun and serve immediately!
