In a large bowl, combine the chopped broccoli, shredded cheddar cheese, eggs, flour, breadcrumbs, garlic, green onions, and salt and pepper. Mix everything together until well combined, making sure the ingredients are evenly distributed.
3. Form the Patties
Heat a few tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Scoop about 2 tablespoons of the broccoli mixture and form it into a patty. Repeat with the remaining mixture.
4. Fry the Patties
Once the oil is hot, fry the patties in the skillet for about 3-4 minutes per side, or until they turn golden brown and crispy. Make sure not to overcrowd the skillet to allow even frying. Once crispy, drain the patties on paper towels to remove excess oil.
5. Serve
