Crispy Baked Chicken Wings

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture. This will help them crisp up in the oven.

Place the wings in a large mixing bowl.

2️⃣ Season the Wings:
Drizzle the wings with olive oil and toss to coat evenly.

In a small bowl, mix together the garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, and baking powder.

Sprinkle the seasoning mixture over the wings and toss until the wings are evenly coated.

3️⃣ Bake the Wings:
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a wire rack (for extra crispiness, place the wings on the wire rack so air can circulate around them).

Arrange the wings in a single layer on the baking sheet or rack, making sure they’re not overcrowded.

Bake the wings in the preheated oven for 35-45 minutes, flipping them halfway through, until the wings are golden brown and crispy.

4️⃣ Serve:
Once the wings are done, remove them from the oven and let them rest for a couple of minutes.

Garnish with fresh parsley (optional) and serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
