After 30 minutes, remove the pork belly. Brush the skin with white vinegar and sprinkle with a little extra salt to enhance the crackling.
Crisp the Skin:
Turn the temperature to 200°C (400°F) and cook the pork belly, skin-side up, for an additional 40 minutes. The skin should become golden brown and crispy.
Serve:
Once done, let the pork belly rest for a few minutes before slicing. Serve and enjoy the crispy, juicy perfection!
