Crispy Air Fryer Brussels Sprouts: Caramelized Perfection in Every Bite

Prepare the Brussels Sprouts: Trim the stems off the Brussels sprouts and remove any outer leaves that are damaged. Cut them in half lengthwise to ensure they cook evenly.
Season the Sprouts: In a large mixing bowl, toss the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika (if using), salt, and black pepper. Make sure the sprouts are evenly coated.
Preheat the Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes.
Air Fry the Brussels Sprouts: Place the seasoned Brussels sprouts in the air fryer basket in a single layer. If needed, cook in batches to avoid overcrowding. Air fry for 15-18 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking for even crisping.
Finishing Touches: Once the Brussels sprouts are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, drizzle them with balsamic vinegar (optional) and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese (if using) for an added layer of flavor.
Serve: Serve the Brussels sprouts hot as a side dish with your favorite main course or as a healthy snack.
