Crispy Air Fryer Breaded Chicken Wings: Crunchy, Juicy, and Delicious

Pat the chicken wings dry with a paper towel to remove any excess moisture. This helps the breading stick better.
Season the wings with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Toss to coat evenly.
2. Prepare the Breading
In a shallow bowl, mix the breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
In another shallow bowl, beat the egg until well combined.
3. Coat the Wings
Dip each chicken wing into the egg, ensuring it’s fully coated.
Then, dredge the wing in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to make sure the breadcrumbs stick well.
4. Air Fry the Wings
Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes.
Arrange the breaded wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Be sure not to overcrowd them for even cooking.
Lightly coat the wings with olive oil spray or drizzle with olive oil to ensure a crispy exterior.
Cook the wings in the air fryer for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy. The internal temperature of the chicken should reach 165°F (74°C).
5. Serve
Remove the wings from the air fryer and let them rest for a few minutes.
Serve with your favorite dipping sauce (ranch, blue cheese, or buffalo sauce) and enjoy!
