Heat the Pan:
Heat a lightly oiled skillet or frying pan over medium-high heat.
Cook the Crepes:
Pour or scoop about 1/4 cup of the batter onto the hot pan. Tilt and swirl the pan in a circular motion to evenly spread the batter over the surface.
Flip and Cook the Other Side:
Cook the crepe for about 2 minutes, or until the bottom is lightly browned. Gently lift the crepe with a spatula, flip it, and cook for another 30 seconds to 1 minute on the other side.
