Creamy Swedish Meatballs with Noodles

Empty both cans of cream of mushroom soup into your crockpot.

Fill each soup can with beef broth (about 1.5 cans total) and pour into the crockpot.

Add the packet of onion soup mix.

Stir everything together until well combined.

2. Cook the Meatballs
Add the frozen meatballs into the crockpot and stir gently to coat them in the sauce.

Cover the crockpot and cook on low for 5-6 hours.

3. Add the Sour Cream
Once the meatballs are cooked and the sauce has thickened, add the entire container of sour cream.

Stir well to combine, creating a creamy, flavorful sauce.

4. Cook the Noodles
In a separate pot, boil water for your noodles and cook them according to the package instructions.

Once cooked, drain the noodles and add them to the crockpot.

Stir everything together until the noodles are well coated in the creamy sauce.

5. Serve
Once everything is well mixed and hot, serve your creamy Swedish meatballs and noodles. Enjoy this hearty, comforting dish!
