Creamy Shrimp & Crab Pasta with Fried Lobster

Cook the rigatoni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Prepare the Shrimp and Crab:
Heat 1 tbsp butter in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté the garlic for 1 minute, then add the shrimp. Cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes. Add the crab legs to warm through, then set aside.

Fry the Lobster:
In a bowl, mix the flour, Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper. Coat the lobster tail in the flour mixture. Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the lobster for 3-4 minutes until golden and crispy.

Make the Creamy Sauce:
In the same skillet, melt the remaining butter. Add the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Stir until the sauce thickens, about 2-3 minutes.

Combine and Serve:
Add the cooked pasta, shrimp, and crab to the skillet with the creamy sauce. Toss to combine. Plate the creamy pasta, top with fried lobster, and sprinkle with extra seasoning if desired.
