Creamy Mango Tapioca Dessert

1️⃣ Prepare the Mango-Flavored Jelly:

In a pot, bring 1.5L of water to a boil.

Stir in the mango-flavored gelatin powder and mix well until dissolved.

Once boiling, remove from heat and pour into a flat dish to set.

Let it cool completely, then cut into small cubes.

2️⃣ Prepare the Mangoes and Sago:

Peel and cut the mangoes into bite-sized cubes.

Cook the sago pearls according to package instructions. Rinse and drain well.

3️⃣ Assemble the Dessert:

In a large bowl, combine the mango cubes, nata de coco, cooked sago, and cubed jelly.

Pour in the condensed milk, evaporated milk, and all-purpose cream (if using).

Stir well until all ingredients are evenly coated.

4️⃣ Chill & Serve:

Refrigerate for at least 3 hours to let the flavors meld.

Optional: Add ice cubes if serving immediately.
