Pat the steaks dry with paper towels.
Season generously with salt and pepper on both sides.
2. Sear the Steaks:
Heat 1 tbsp butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Sear the steaks for 3-4 minutes per side (for medium-rare) or longer depending on your desired doneness.
Remove steaks from the pan and let them rest on a plate while you make the sauce.
3. Make the Creamy Garlic Sauce:
In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium and add the remaining 1 tbsp butter.
Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Stir in beef broth, scraping up the browned bits from the pan.
Add Dijon mustard and Worcestershire sauce, stirring well.
Pour in the heavy cream and simmer for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
4. Combine and Serve:
Return the rested steaks to the skillet, spooning the creamy garlic sauce over them.
Simmer for 1-2 minutes to let the flavors blend.
Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley or grated Parmesan cheese (optional).
