Creamy Garlic Chicken with Parmesan

Season both sides of the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Step 2: Cook the Chicken
Add the chicken breasts to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes per side, until they are golden brown and cooked through. The internal temperature should reach 165°F (74°C).
Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
Step 3: Make the Creamy Garlic Sauce
In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute, until fragrant.
Pour in the heavy cream, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the skillet. Bring to a simmer and cook for 3-4 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken slightly.
Stir in the Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning, and let it cook for another 2 minutes until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
Step 4: Combine the Chicken and Sauce
Return the cooked chicken breasts to the skillet, spooning the sauce over the top.
Let the chicken simmer in the sauce for another 3-4 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.
Step 5: Serve
Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and serve the Creamy Garlic Chicken with Parmesan immediately. Pair it with steamed vegetables, pasta, or rice for a complete meal.
