Creamy Garlic Butter Lobster Tails

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Pat the lobster tails dry with paper towels. Season both sides with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Heat the olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the lobster tails for 2 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove from heat once done.

Make the Creamy Sauce:
In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium heat and sauté the minced garlic for about 1 minute, until fragrant. Add the heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, Dijon mustard, and lemon juice. Let the sauce simmer for 2-3 minutes until it thickens slightly.

Bake the Lobster Tails:
Spoon some of the creamy sauce over the lobster tails and transfer the skillet to the oven. Bake for 5-7 minutes or until the lobster tails are tender and fully cooked.

Serve and Enjoy:
Drizzle the remaining creamy sauce over the lobster tails. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately with your favorite sides. Enjoy your delicious lobster tails!
