In a small bowl, mix custard powder with a few tablespoons of room-temperature milk until smooth. Set aside.
2️⃣ Cook the Custard:
In a heavy-bottom pan over medium heat, bring 2 cups of milk to a boil, stirring occasionally.
Add sugar and mix until fully dissolved.
Reduce heat to low and gradually add the custard mixture, stirring continuously to prevent lumps.
Cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring, until the mixture thickens slightly.
Remove from heat and let the custard cool completely.
3️⃣ Add the Fruits:
Once the custard has cooled, gently fold in all the chopped fruits and mix well.
Serve immediately or refrigerate for a couple of hours for a chilled version.
