Pour in the coconut milk, fish sauce, and lime juice. Bring to a simmer and cook for about 5 minutes, allowing the flavors to combine.
4️⃣ Add the Broccoli and Salmon:
Add the broccoli florets to the pan and cook until tender, about 5 minutes. Return the seared salmon fillets to the pan, spoon the sauce over the salmon, and heat through for 2-3 minutes.
5️⃣ Garnish & Serve:
Top the curry salmon with freshly chopped coriander or parsley. Serve warm with steamed rice or naan bread for a complete meal.
