Creamy Chocolate Dessert

Melt the chocolate: In a medium saucepan, combine the chopped dark chocolate and water. Heat over low to medium heat, stirring constantly until the chocolate has completely melted and the mixture is smooth.

Add cocoa powder: Stir in the cocoa powder until fully dissolved, creating a rich and smooth chocolate base.

Add the milk: Slowly pour in the milk while continuing to stir the mixture. Bring it to a gentle simmer over medium heat. Stir constantly to prevent the mixture from sticking to the bottom of the pan.

Simmer and thicken: Allow the mixture to simmer for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it thickens to a creamy consistency.

Serve: Once the mixture has thickened, remove from heat. Pour into serving cups or bowls and allow it to cool slightly before refrigerating.

Chill: For best results, chill the dessert in the refrigerator for at least 1-2 hours before serving. This allows it to firm up and reach the perfect creamy consistency.

Serve and enjoy: Garnish with whipped cream, fresh berries, or a sprinkle of cocoa powder for an added touch of elegance. Serve chilled and enjoy!
