Creamy Cajun Shrimp and Chicken Pasta

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
Cook the pasta until al dente according to package instructions.
Drain and set aside.
Step 2: Cook the Chicken
Season the chicken and shrimp with 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Cook the chicken pieces for about 5-6 minutes, until golden brown and fully cooked.
Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
Step 3: Cook the Shrimp
In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
Add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until pink and opaque.
Remove the shrimp and set aside.
Step 4: Make the Creamy Cajun Sauce
Reduce heat to medium-low and add minced garlic to the skillet.
Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Stir in heavy cream, milk, Parmesan cheese, cheddar cheese, smoked paprika, and remaining Cajun seasoning.
Mix well until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
Step 5: Combine Everything
Add the cooked pasta, chicken, and shrimp to the skillet.
Toss everything together until well coated with the creamy Cajun sauce.
Adjust seasoning with salt and red pepper flakes, if desired.
Step 6: Serve and Garnish
Garnish with fresh parsley for added freshness.
Serve warm and enjoy!
