Creamy Beef and Bowtie Pasta – A Comforting and Flavorful Dish

Cook the bowtie pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Cook the Beef:

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook, breaking it apart, until browned and cooked through. Drain excess fat if needed.
Add Aromatics:

Add the diced onion to the skillet and sauté for about 3-4 minutes until softened. Add the minced garlic and cook for another 30 seconds until fragrant.
Make the Sauce:

Pour in the beef broth and bring to a simmer. Let it reduce slightly for 2-3 minutes. Stir in the heavy cream and cook for another 3-4 minutes, until the sauce thickens.
Combine Pasta and Sauce:

Add the cooked bowtie pasta to the skillet, tossing to coat in the creamy beef sauce. Let everything heat through for 2 minutes.
Serve:

Serve hot, garnished with grated Parmesan or fresh herbs if desired.
