Creamy Beef and Bacon Spaghetti

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside, reserving a little pasta water for later.

Cook the Bacon:

In a large pan, cook the diced bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove the bacon from the pan and set aside, leaving the bacon fat in the pan.

Sauté the Onion and Garlic:

In the same pan, add the chopped red onion and minced garlic. Sauté until fragrant and softened, about 2-3 minutes.

Cook the Beef:

Add the minced beef to the pan. Break it apart with a spoon and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
