Cream Cheese Jalapeño Cranberry Dip

In a small saucepan, combine the cranberries, granulated sugar, water, and lime juice.
Bring the mixture to a simmer over medium heat. Stir occasionally, and cook for about 10-12 minutes until the cranberries burst and the sauce thickens.
Once thickened, remove from heat and let it cool to room temperature.
Make the Dip:

In a medium bowl, mix together the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth and well-combined.
Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese, finely chopped jalapeños, and chopped cilantro.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
Assemble the Dip:

Transfer the cream cheese dip to a serving dish and spread it out evenly.
Spoon the cooled cranberry topping over the dip, spreading it evenly across the surface.
Serve:

Serve with tortilla chips, crackers, or fresh vegetable sticks for dipping. Enjoy!
