Cream Cheese and Bacon Stuffed Doritos Chicken: A Crispy, Cheesy Delight

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish with olive oil.
In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, crumbled bacon, garlic powder, onion powder, dried parsley, and shredded cheddar cheese. Stir until well mixed.
Slice a pocket into each chicken breast (horizontally) without cutting all the way through. Season both sides of the chicken with salt and pepper.
Stuff each chicken breast with the cream cheese and bacon mixture, pressing gently to secure the filling inside.
Coat the stuffed chicken breasts in the crushed Doritos, pressing lightly to ensure the chips stick to the surface.
Place the coated chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
For an extra crispy finish, broil the chicken for 2-3 minutes at the end of baking.
