Crab Salad (Seafood Salad)

Shred the crab meat into bite-sized pieces and place them in a large mixing bowl.

Mix the Dressing:
In a separate small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, and Old Bay seasoning until smooth.

Combine:
Add the finely chopped celery and red onion to the crab meat. Pour the dressing over the crab mixture and gently toss everything together until evenly coated.

Chill:
Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld and develop.

Serve:
