In the same pan, sauté the onions and garlic in the bacon grease until fragrant, about 2 minutes.

Add the baby potatoes, green beans, chicken broth, ranch seasoning, smoked paprika, black pepper, and salt to the pan. Stir well.
Cover and simmer over medium-low heat for 20-25 minutes, or until the potatoes are fork-tender.
Step 4: Add the Butter and Bacon
Stir in butter and let it melt into the dish for extra richness.
Sprinkle the crispy bacon on top and mix gently.
Step 5: Serve and Enjoy
Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with additional bacon or a pinch of red pepper flakes if desired.
