Cottage Cheese Flatbread

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Mix the Dough:
In a blender or food processor, blend the cottage cheese until smooth. In a separate bowl, whisk the egg, then add the blended cottage cheese. Mix in almond flour, baking powder, salt, and seasonings. Stir until it forms a sticky dough.

Shape & Bake:
Spread the dough onto the prepared baking sheet, shaping it into a thin, even layer about ¼-inch thick. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until firm and lightly golden.

Serve & Enjoy:
Slice the flatbread and serve as desired—use it as sandwich bread, a wrap, or a pizza crust! Store any leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
