Cottage Cheese Chips

Set your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
Prepare the Mixture:

In a bowl, combine the cottage cheese, Parmesan cheese, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, paprika (if using), salt, and pepper. Mix until the mixture is smooth and evenly combined.
Shape the Chips:

Using a spoon, drop heaping tablespoons of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them out to allow for expansion during baking.
Flatten each mound into a small disc shape using the back of a spoon.
Bake:

Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges of the chips are golden and crispy.
Cool and Serve:

Allow the chips to cool slightly before transferring them to a serving plate. Enjoy them with your favorite dip or as a standalone snack!
