Cottage Cheese Chips – Light, Crispy, High-Protein, Low-Carb Snack


Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

Prepare the Cottage Cheese:
In a mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. If you’re using Parmesan cheese, add it to the mixture as well.

Spread on Baking Sheet:
Spoon the cottage cheese mixture onto the baking sheet, spreading it out into small, thin rounds. Make sure they are spaced out to allow for even baking.

Bake:
Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges of the chips are golden brown and crispy. Keep an eye on them to avoid overbaking.

Cool and Serve:
Let the chips cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes. Once they have cooled down, they will become crispier.
