Cottage Cheese and Egg Bake

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish (about 9×9 inches) or individual ramekins with a little butter or cooking spray.

Prepare the Egg Mixture:
In a large bowl, crack all 6 eggs and beat them together with a whisk or fork until fully combined. Add the cottage cheese, cheddar cheese, and Parmesan cheese, mixing until the ingredients are evenly distributed. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Pour into the Dish:
Pour the egg and cheese mixture into the prepared baking dish. Smooth the top for an even bake.

Bake:
Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until the eggs are set, and the top is lightly golden.

Serve:
Once done, remove from the oven and let it cool slightly. Slice and serve warm. You can garnish with fresh herbs like parsley or chives for extra flavor and color.
