Corn and Chive Filled Bread with Fried Herbs

In a small bowl, mix the warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes until it becomes frothy.
In a large bowl, combine the flour, salt, and olive oil. Add the yeast mixture and knead until smooth and elastic. Cover the dough and let it rise for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
Prepare the Filling:

In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the corn kernels and cook for 3-4 minutes until they soften.
Stir in the cream cheese and sour cream until creamy and well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
Once cooled, fold in the chopped chives.
Assemble the Bread:

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
