Cold Maria Cookie Cake Recipe

In a rectangular or square baking dish, dip each Maria cookie (one by one) into the milk mixture. Be sure not to soak them for too long—just a quick dip is enough.

Arrange a layer of dipped cookies at the bottom of the dish.

Pour a portion of the milk mixture over the cookies to coat them evenly.

Continue layering the cookies and milk mixture until you run out of cookies, ending with a layer of the milk mixture on top.

Chill the Cake:

Refrigerate the cake for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight, to allow the flavors to meld and the cake to firm up.

Serve:

Once chilled, slice the cake into squares or rectangles. Serve chilled for a refreshing and creamy dessert.
